Glyphosate Residues from a Spray Event
Dave Humphries, Kristina Stefanizyn Alberta Research Council, Vegreville Alberta, Canada
Abstract
Glyphosate is the most widely used pesticide in Alberta and has been detected in surface waters around the province. This presentation describes part of a study conducted to determine the possible pathways for glyphosate to enter these waterways.
Following a spray event, air, particulate matter and soil were tested to determine residual concentrations from a sprayed field.
